Our Vineyard, Our Cellar, Our Wines

Walk the rows of our own estate vineyard with the family who planted it — understanding the soil, the exposure, and the decisions that shape each harvest of Barbera and Nebbiolo. From the vines we move into the cellar, where the wine rests in barrel, to taste it at every stage on the way to the bottle.

The tasting itself is built entirely around our own two wines: Juliette, our Barbera d'Asti, and Monferrato Rosso, our Nebbiolo — poured against the panorama of the hills that grew them, unhurried, unscripted, and always with something to eat alongside. Available year-round for villa guests; just let us know when during your stay you'd like to taste.
